Access Duration

Your Premium Quiz Access remains active for 30 calendar days from the date and time of activation, not from the time you submit your payment.

After 30 days, your access will expire automatically. You can purchase another 30-day pass if you wish to continue.

Access cannot be paused, transferred to another account or carried forward to a later date.

Refund Policy

Premium Quiz Access is a digital service. The following refund conditions apply:

A full refund may be requested before quiz access has been activated.
Payments are normally non-refundable after access has been activated.
A refund may be issued for a duplicate payment.
A refund may be considered if MedicoNotesHub is unable to activate your access within 48 hours after successfully verifying your payment.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, failure to use the quizzes, examination results or providing an incorrect email address.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method, where possible, within 5–10 working days.

For any payment problem, contact us within seven days of making the payment.

Account and Fair-Use Policy
